We are excited to announce that Rob Gill is joining D&H United as District General Manager for the Colorado team. Rob comes from Republic Services where he led the transition of GFL to Republic Services after their acquisition by Republic Services. After Rob’s 8 years of service with the US Army he completed his bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Nebraska. Working at Waste Connections and Republic Services Rob has cultivated a servant leadership style as he held several roles including district manager, general manager, and controller.

Craig Hoyer has accepted a new role supporting development among D&H United's districts and new acquisitions.Craig began with Kubat as a youth helping his dad run service calls and has “grown up in the business”. As a long-time member of the Denver Oilmen’s Club and active member and past president of PEI, Craig has been fully engaged in the industry at both the local and national level.For D&H United and Kubat, Craig has led phenomenal growth in the last few years without losing sight of our core value “WE have integrity – our actions align with our words”. We look forward to sharing Craig’s extensive knowledge and experience throughout the current team and new acquisitions.
